1. Booking and Payment Terms

All safari bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure incur a 10% fee. Cancellations within 60-90 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the full payment unless covered by travel insurance.

2. Safari Inclusions and Exclusions

Safari packages include accommodation, meals as specified, park fees, professional guide services, and transportation in 4WD safari vehicles. Excluded are international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages (unless specified), tips, and visa fees.

3. Health and Safety Requirements

Guests must provide proof of required vaccinations including Yellow Fever. Travel insurance is mandatory. Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safari experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who pose a safety risk.

4. Liability and Force Majeure

Trustworthy Safari acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Wildlife and Photography

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are wild and unpredictable. Professional photography equipment is welcome, but commercial use requires prior approval. Drone usage is subject to local regulations and park rules.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect personal information necessary for safari bookings including names, contact details, passport information, and dietary requirements. This data is used solely for trip planning, accommodation bookings, and communication regarding your safari.

Your personal data is protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary for trip fulfillment (hotels, airlines, etc.) or as required by law.
